Why We Built This Site
Texas permits public access to many court records, but the governing route depends on the record. Pat Thomson, the Fisher County Clerk, keeps constitutional county court, probate, misdemeanor A and B, and other county records. Gina Pasley, the Fisher County District Clerk, is custodian of 32nd District Court files, including felony, family, and major civil matters. The countywide Justice of the Peace and Rotan Municipal Court retain their own lower-court records. re:SearchTX can supplement a search for participating records, but it does not replace these local custodians or supply a complete criminal collection. We organize verified contact details, court roles, public portals, and request methods so a reader can begin with the office that actually holds the docket.

What We Cannot Do
Fisher County Court Docket is a privately operated reference site. It is not connected with Fisher County, a Texas court, a clerk, or any government agency. Those limits mean:
- We cannot retrieve an official docket sheet or case file for a visitor
- We cannot alter, continue, cancel, or reset a court setting
- We cannot amend, seal, expunge, or remove any court record
- We cannot prepare or issue a certified court document
- We cannot provide legal advice about an individual matter
- We cannot promise that a listed fee, contact, or setting remains current
An official or certified Fisher County record must come from the County Clerk, District Clerk, lower court, or trial court that maintains it. This private resource can identify the likely custodian, but it cannot provide the official document.
Search Partners
Third-party companies power the search boxes displayed on some content pages. Each provider controls its service, results, terms, and prices. If a visitor follows one of those tools to a paid service, this site may receive a referral fee. That support helps make the reference material available without a visitor charge. We do not set partner fees and cannot control the data returned by an outside search provider.
